It was amazing working with Lauren on a custom engagement ring. The process was easy and comfortable, they answered all of my questions and concerns and really listened to what I wanted. There was a consistent communication throughout the process and the final product turned out better than I had even expected. 10/10, would highly recommend giving her a call if you have any jewelry needs!

I took 3 items in to get “fixed” including my engagement ring that needed to be re-shaped and re-sized, another ring to be re-sized and a necklace to be soldered so it would stop breaking.
