Exchange and Return Policy

Items purchased from Lauren’s Jewelry may be exchanged, for an item of equal or greater value, within 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition, and accompanied by the original receipt, gift box, and appraisal (if provided). Closeouts, clearance items, special orders, altered pieces, and custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. Gift recipients will be issued a store credit only. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. No cash refunds.
