Do you offer appraisals or insurance?

We offer appraisals for insurance purposes. They are $100 + tax. For all custom made items, appraisals are free of charge and available upon request.

Can I visit your studio?

We have a store front that is open to the public and holds our inventory. Our repair studio is not open to the public; our bench jewelers do not interact with our customers. All correspondence will be through our sales staff.

Can I visit your store?

Absolutely! We are open Tuesday through Saturday 10am-6pm. Please check our Contact Us page for special holiday hours.

How should I get my finger sized?

We are happy to size your finger for you if you are purchasing or ordering a ring through us. We also have ring sizers for sale. We do not offer this service for free.

What is the difference between comfort fit and regular fit?

A Comfort Fit ring has additional metal inside to give a smoother feel when putting the ring on and taking it off. Typically, Comfort Fit options cost more than traditional because of the added metal.

I just got my ring and it doesn't fit! What should I do?

We are happy to resize your ring for you! Stop by our store with your ring & finger. We will give you an estimate once assessed.

Which metal is best?

Metal preference really depends on the person wearing the item. However, 14 karat gold is what is preferred to create jewelry in because of it's high durability. It's an excellent and practical choice for engagement rings and wedding bands since those are staple pieces of jewelry and worn every day.

What can I do with my estate or old jewelry?
